Welcome to Cash Dash (“Cash Dash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Cash Dash provides financial data organization and reporting services supported by internally developed tools.
By accessing this website or engaging Cash Dash services (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
1. Nature of Service (Important)
Cash Dash provides administrative and technical services designed to organize financial data, categorize transactions, and generate business visibility dashboards for operational insight.
The Service is intended to help Clients understand financial activity within their business but does not constitute financial, tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice.
While the Service may involve organizing financial information and presenting summaries or calculations, Cash Dash does not provide professional opinions, regulated financial services, or advisory recommendations unless explicitly agreed to in a separate written agreement.
All dashboards, summaries, and reports are informational tools only.
Cash Dash is not your CPA, accountant of record, tax preparer, financial advisor, investment advisor, legal advisor, or fiduciary, unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
The Client remains solely responsible for maintaining official accounting records and for all financial, tax, or business decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.
By engaging Cash Dash services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial data
- Maintain appropriate access permissions for accounts they authorize
- Review dashboards and summaries for accuracy
- Notify Cash Dash of discrepancies
- Secure their login credentials and financial account permissions
Cash Dash is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate information provided by the Client or third parties.
4. Sensitive Data Responsibility
Financial exports and platform data may contain sensitive or personally identifiable information, including but not limited to tax identification numbers, payroll records, contractor data, customer information, or confidential business information.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and determining what data is shared with Cash Dash.
Clients represent that they have the legal right and authority to share any data provided.
Cash Dash is not responsible for the presence of sensitive information within client-provided files or third-party platform exports.
Where possible, Clients should remove or redact unnecessary sensitive personal information before sharing data.
5. Data Access & Authorization
To perform the Service, Clients may grant Cash Dash view-only access to financial platforms or provide financial data exports.
By doing so, Clients authorize Cash Dash to:
- Access financial data solely to perform the Service
- Organize and categorize transactions
- Generate dashboards and reports
Cash Dash does not and will not:
- Move funds
- Initiate transactions
- Execute payments
- Modify financial accounts
All financial accounts remain under the Client’s control.
6. Client Authorization
Client acknowledges and authorizes Cash Dash to access any financial accounts, platforms, systems, or data exports that the Client provides or designates for the purpose of performing the Service.
Client represents that they have the legal authority to grant such access.
Cash Dash will not be responsible for claims arising from Client-authorized access to accounts or systems.
7. Data Ownership
Clients retain full ownership of their financial data.
Cash Dash processes financial data solely to provide the Service.
Cash Dash does not sell, rent, or monetize client financial data.
Clients may request export or deletion of their data subject to legal or operational requirements.
8. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Platforms
Cash Dash relies on financial data obtained from:
- Client-provided files
- Platform exports
- Third-party systems
Cash Dash does not verify the completeness or accuracy of such data.
Cash Dash is not responsible for errors caused by:
- Incorrect exports
- Missing or incomplete data
- Platform outages
- Delayed reporting
- Third-party system inaccuracies
Clients remain responsible for verifying financial information before relying on it for business or financial decisions.
9. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Cash Dash does not guarantee:
- Financial outcomes
- Tax results
- Regulatory compliance
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Business performance
Dashboards and reports are informational tools only.
10. Internal Tools Disclaimer
Cash Dash may use internally developed dashboards, software tools, automation systems, or calculation methods to organize and present financial data.
While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability, such tools may contain errors, bugs, or calculation inaccuracies.
Cash Dash does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of automated calculations or visualizations generated through these tools.
11. Not a System of Record
Cash Dash dashboards and reports are not intended to serve as the official financial system of record for the Client.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining official accounting records, financial statements, and tax documentation using appropriate accounting systems.
Dashboards should not be relied upon as the sole or authoritative financial record.
12. Third-Party Professional Review
Cash Dash dashboards and summaries are designed for operational visibility, not formal accounting records.
Cash Dash does not certify financial statements and does not guarantee dashboards will match records prepared by accountants, CPAs, bookkeepers, or financial professionals.
Differences may arise due to timing, categorization methods, reporting assumptions, or data imports.
Clients should rely on their accountant or other qualified professional for official financial records and tax filings.
13. Business Decision Responsibility
Cash Dash provides financial data organization and reporting only.
All business, financial, hiring, advertising, investment, and operational decisions made based on dashboards or reports are made solely by the Client and at the Client’s own discretion and risk.
Cash Dash is not responsible for decisions made using the information provided through the Service.
14. No Fiduciary Relationship
Nothing in the Service or these Terms creates any fiduciary, advisory, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Cash Dash and the Client.
Cash Dash does not undertake any duty to act in the Client’s best financial interest.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Cash Dash will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or financial damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption.
In all cases, Cash Dash’s total aggregate liability, regardless of the form of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Use of the Service and decisions based on information provided are solely at the Client’s own discretion and risk.
16. Fees, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees are disclosed prior to engagement and may include:
- Setup fees
- Monthly service fees
- Other agreed service charges
All payments are non-refundable once service work has begun, including onboarding, data organization, and dashboard configuration.
Clients may cancel services at any time.
Service continues through the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
17. Scope of Service
The Service includes the standard financial data organization and reporting features described at the time of engagement.
Requests for additional work, custom reports, integrations, or expanded financial analysis may require additional fees or a separate written agreement.
Cash Dash may modify dashboard structures or reporting formats as part of improving the Service.
18. Account Suspension or Termination
Cash Dash may suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Unlawful activity occurs
- Required cooperation is withheld
Clients may request account closure at any time.
19. Intellectual Property
All software, dashboards, tools, systems, methodologies, and reporting frameworks used to provide the Service remain the exclusive property of Cash Dash.
Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or recreate any internal systems used by Cash Dash.
Clients may not use the Service or information obtained from it to build a competing product or service.
Nothing in the Service transfers ownership of Cash Dash intellectual property to the Client.
20. Electronic Communications
By using the Service, Clients agree to receive communications from Cash Dash electronically, including emails, notices, and service updates.
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing.
21. Force Majeure
Cash Dash will not be liable for delays or failure to perform the Service due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to infrastructure failures, internet outages, third-party platform disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
22. Modifications
Cash Dash may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Cash Dash regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or discussions.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
Privacy Policy

Cash Dash processes personal data only as necessary to deliver the Service and comply with legal obligations.

Cash Dash collects only the information reasonably necessary to provide the Service.
4. Data Sharing
Cash Dash may use trusted service providers such as hosting infrastructure, analytics tools, or security providers necessary to deliver the Service.
These providers process data only as required and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
5. Analytics
Cash Dash may use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with the website in order to improve performance, usability, and security.
